General Provisions

akp44 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and akp44.

By browsing our website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on akp44, you must be at least 21 years of age. We carry out age verification during registration and may request a valid ID or National Identity Card (NID) at any time.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or operating multiple accounts is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• Each person may hold only one account.
• The name on the registered account and the name on the payment method must match.
• The mobile number and email address used on the account must be active.
• Opening an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

akp44 operates for the Bangladesh market. Access from certain regions or countries may be restricted or prohibited. Using the service from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is done at the user's own risk.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your akp44 account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone and do not allow any third party to access your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

akp44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of any suspicious activity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on akp44 is ৳200. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposit amounts are reflected in the account immediately.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• The payment provider's own fees may apply to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be approved if the wagering requirements related to a bonus have not been met.
• akp44 may request additional documents for verification, which will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
• akp44 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request where fraud is suspected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

akp44 follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected, the Company is obliged to report it to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be stated on the offer page.
• A bonus may not be claimed more than once (per person, household, device, or IP address).
• Bonuses may only be usable on specific games.
• Bonus funds are used before cash funds.
• akp44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be blocked and all bonuses will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

akp44 has a three-tier VIP program: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Advancement is based on player activity and overall contribution. Full details of VIP benefits are published separately.

Gaming Rules

All games on akp44 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and not predictable in advance.

• If a game round is cancelled due to a technical error for any reason, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• If a game remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection, akp44 will determine the result of that round according to server logs.
• Once a player has confirmed the bet amount, it cannot be changed.
• If an attempt is made to gain an advantage in a game by using multiple accounts or devices, the account will be closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on akp44. Breaching these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets or transferring funds between accounts to meet bonus requirements.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to deliberately control game outcomes in collusion with other players.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking or any other unlawful technical means.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 akp44's Rights

akp44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, in particular if:

• Any clause of these Terms is breached.
• False or incomplete information is found during identity verification.
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found on the account.
• Action is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Intervention is necessary due to responsible gaming concerns.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid funds will be provided before the account is closed.

Responsible Gaming

• Service disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, akp44 reserves the right to correct this according to server logs, and akp44's decision on the matter is final.

Changes to Terms
